Yes, there are elevators in the building.
Are pets allowed in the apartments?
No, pets are not allowed in Sif Apartments. Even though we love pets, unfortunately some guests and residents in the building can be allergic and therefor pets are not allowed.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed in the apartments. Iceland has a ban on smoking in shared indoor places such as restaurants, cafés, stores, bars and night clubs. It's also forbidden to smoke indoors in common areas.

Is it safe to drink the tap water?
In short: YES. Not only is it safe, but the water is excellent! No, there's no free dedicated parking spot for the apartment. You can find Pay & Display parking spots outside and you might be able to find some free parking spots on side streets.
