For emergencies, please call 112 which is the emergency phone number in Iceland. If you do not require an ambulance, you can also go directly the emergency units at the closest hospital which is Landspítali. You can find further information here.

If you lock out in working hours we can open for you but outside of the working hours there is an additional fee for call-out. An additional fee is charged for lost keys.

Please let us know if you notice anything that is broken or damaged in the apartment. It's very helpful to get a picture of the object as well.

Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any maintenance issues in the apartment. We want to know if anything is not working properly in order to fix it.
